Zilveren gelegenheidslepel, R.A. Wielinga, Harlingen, 1845 1852 Israel Yeselevich Zakhoder was theSilver commemorative spoon made by the Frisian silversmith R. A. Wielinga from Harlingen. He was active from 1844 to 1852. The spoon is topped with 'Caritas' or motherly love. The spoon is hallmarked with the second fineness mark, Minerva head, year letter L for 1845 and maker's mark RW 162. A monogram and the initials AW are engraved on the back of the bowl. In good condition. Weight: 63. 6 grams. Length: 19. 5 cm.
